Terms of Service

The rights and obligations between the company and users regarding service use.

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the basic matters — including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of, and the conditions and procedures for use between, BM Global Golf (the "Company") and users — in connection with the use of the services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" means all online services provided by the Company. ② "User" means anyone who uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms. ③ Terms not defined here follow applicable law and general commercial practice.

Article 3 (Posting and amendment of the Terms)

① The Company posts these Terms on the initial service screen or a linked screen so users can easily review them.

② The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason in advance when it does.

Article 4 (Provision and change of the service)

① The Company strives to provide a stable service to users. ② The Company may change the content of the service as required for operational or technical reasons, and will give advance notice of material changes.

Article 5 (Formation of the service agreement)

A service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and applies for use under the Company’s procedures, and the Company accepts the application.

Article 6 (User obligations)

Users must not: - Misappropriate others’ information - Interfere with the Company’s operation of the service - Act in violation of applicable law or public order and morals

Article 7 (Company obligations)

The Company complies with applicable law and these Terms and does its best to provide a continuous, stable service. It also establishes and complies with a privacy policy to protect users’ personal data.

Article 8 (Restrictions on use)

If a user breaches the obligations in these Terms or interferes with normal operation of the service, the Company may, after prior notice, restrict use of the service or terminate the agreement.

Article 9 (Limitation of liability)

The Company is not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for service interruptions caused by reasons beyond its control, such as force majeure or causes attributable to the user.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising in connection with the use of the service is subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on July 1, 2026.
